I have problems two times with my air conditioner and they fixed it for me. The price is reasonable and I am happy the air conditioner is still in good condition after more than 14 years.

Thank you for the excellent service we received this morning! Our Furnace stopped worked overnight; we called A1 at 8:02am this morning. We were given an appointment between 9-am-1pm today. And the technician arrived at 9:14am! I can’t ask for any better than that. And as I work from home, it was getting pretty cold inside given the temperature outside (about -8). But we got excellent service anyway and that mean when we do finally replace our furnace you will get our business.
Just had our 30-year old furnace and water heater replaced by A1 A/C & Heating. We selected them based on a recommendation from a neighbor, and after comparing quotes from four companies. The salesman, Gord, gave good advice, and I was particularly pleased that he recommended that we stick with a simple ‘natural draft’ water heater, rather than the more elaborate power-vent or tankless models. The job was completed promptly, and the crew was professional. Although they were a little reluctant to grind the furnace vent holes through the fieldstone foundation instead of above it, they did not make an issue of it and the job was completed exactly as originally planned. Karen, the receptionist, phoned a few days later to check that everything was okay, and Gord came to inspect the work the following week.
We have been using your firm for maintenance of our heating and cooling equipment for several years now and have always been impressed with the standard of work done by your employees.
It is not often that one experiences such exemplary customer service. All too often companies cut corners on the most important aspect of sustaining a business.

Thank god for protection plans…Thank you A1 for your brilliant SuperCare plan it saved me hundreds of dollars. I purchased an a/c from you guys in 2005, worked like a charm until last week. Just as the heat wave started rolling in our a/c decided that it wasn’t going to cool any longer. Stressed out and worried, as we are not financially ready for such bill we were so thankful we opted in for your SuperCare plan. After having A1’s mechanic do a leak test on the evaporator coil to quickly find out there was a leak. To repair a coil is quite costly, but due to our small yearly investment we saved hundreds of dollars!!!! Thank you so much.

Just wanted to mention how happy we have been with your company over the years. Our furnace is 8 years old and doing great besides a few problems. Every time we had a problem the people that come out are fantastic. It’s nice to know that when little things come up there so easily fixed. Even booking has been a pleasure whenever I call the woman who I speak to are very helpful and friendly. The guys that come out for the yearly service have also been fantastic every time. Just wanted to thank you guys for being so amazing with my mother yesterday. She is 85 years old, and doesn’t really understand what is going on. Her air conditioner had just broken and it’s in the middle of a heat wave. A1 sent out Scott to talk to her, and she really liked him. He didn’t over sell her, but just made sure her needs were met. The price was extremely competitive and they were here the next day installing the new system. My mother is so happy with the service, from beginning to end. Thank you so much.
